Returns

Every TrBasic piece is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns for a change of mind — a printed piece can't go back on the shelf.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund. To claim:

1. Keep the packaging.
2. Photograph the issue.
3. Contact us within 30 days of delivery (see Contact) with your order details and the photos.

What to expect

Print colors can vary slightly from screen to screen — that's normal for print-on-demand and isn't a defect. Size and product specs are listed on every product card; please check them before ordering.
